How to Auto Generate Comment for Students Result

This is where you would be able to auto generate comments for students results

Before Auto Generating comment, you need to:

• Ensure class teachers have marked Affective and Psychomotor Rating for the class, you want to Auto Generate Comment for.

• Ensure you have set Comment in the Comment Bank. Click here to see how

Once the above is confirmed:

Go to Broadsheet, Select the Programme and Class

Ensure you have Approved Score for the Class on the Broadsheet

Click Generate Comment Button.

Comment would be automatically generated for all the students based on the criteria you have set in the comment bank.
