Create BECE Application

Starting and Completing BECE Application

Visit https://ogsera.ogunstate.gov.ng and Log in with your School Portal Admin details

On the Dashboard, Click BECE Application

  1. Create Application

  1. Import Students for the Application

  1. Make Payment for the Registration Fee

Select the Students you want to register for the exam, then click make payment

Note: the Payment is broken down into 2 for each learner

  1. Platform Fee: N500

  2. BECE App Fee: N7000

You need to make the Platform fee before that of the BECE App fee

For Platform Fee payment

Copy the account number, minimize the page, make transfer to the account No (USSD or Bank App), Then Click Confirm Payment

Proceed to making payment for the BECE Application fee by Clicking its Make Payment Button

Follow the steps to complete the Payment

  1. Generate BECE Identification No for Leaners and Download CAS

Click Generate BECE code to Generate BECE ID for the Learners

Then Click Download CAS by Clicking on the Download Template button

Input Student's CAS Scores on the Downloaded Sheet, Save the document

  1. Upload CAS Score Sheet

Click Upload Result

Select the downloaded CAS sheet (ensure you have inputted the students' scores and saved it on your device), then click upload.

Key Things to Note When and After Submitting CAS Scores:

  1. By each students Name, you would see the Number of CAS you have uploaded for each learner, so ensure to double-check their appropriate CAS Scores are uploaded

  2. If you have new Students Registered for the Exam, you can always download the CAS Template and Upload for them
