The Number of Students in the BECE Application tab does not match the number of students I have on my EduTAMS portal. What can I do?
This means you have not Synced the Students from your EduTAMS Portal to OGSERA
Go to your EduTAMS Portal
Sync the Students to OGSERA, Click here for instructions on how to Sync
Login to your OGSERA Account,
Click Import Students
The action would import the remaining students for you, then you can proceed with the application
The imported students on OGSERA for the BECE application are not the current students in JSS3. What can I do?
This means you have Synced the wrong students from your EduTAMS Portal, You can Remove the Students for the BECE Registration
To resolve this; you need to ensure that
From your EduTAMS Portal, you have Synced the JSS 3 Students to OGSERA Appropriately, Click here for instruction on how to SYNC
Login to OGSERA, Import the Students,
To Remove the Students
Click the Menu Box by the Student Name, then Click the Remove Student Button
I made the payment but am unable to proceed with my application. What should I do?
You need to update the status of the payment by using the Check Status option, if the payment is successful, the action would update the status of the payment. Then you can proceed with your application.
To update payment status:
Click Payment History
It would display all the transactions you made. Click the menu box for each transaction, then click Check Status.
If the payment was successful, it would update to Approved
If it updated to Disapproved, it means the transaction was not successful, so you might follow up with your bank.
I am unable to proceed with the payment of the BECE application fee for some students. What should I do?
You need to make payment for the Platform Feemake before you can make payment for BECE Application Fee.
If you make payment for Platform Fee, and you are unable to proceed to make payment for the BECE Application Fee, It means your Platform Fee Payment was not Successful.
Use the Check Status to Update the status of your Payment (from Payment History).
I have corrected all names on the EduTAMS portal but the corrected names are not reflected on the OGSERA. What should I do?
For the changes to reflect on OGSERA, you need to use the Change of Data Request on your EduTAMS Portal.
Editing students' details requires a service charge.
