Check Learners LIN Status

This is where you check Learners LIN Status before requesting for LIN, to avoid duplicate

You must have added the learner through the student manager prior making request for Learner Identification Number (LIN)

• From the Side Menu Click on the OGSERA module

• Click on Request LIN from the side menu

• Click the "Check" button in front of the learner’s name.

• If the learner already has a LIN, the matching name and LIN will be displayed.

• If the LIN matches your learner, you can copy and use it directly, no need to apply for a new one.

NB: This helps to avoid duplication and ensures faster processing.
