Create Payment Items

This is where you would be able to create the various payment items students are to pay for as it applies to your school

By the Side Menu, Click Bursary, then Setup

Click the Payment Name Icon at the top

Click the Menu Box by the Payment Name,

Then Click Add New Payment Name

Fill in the details of the New Payment Item you are creating

Settlement Account Number: is the School Account Number you want the money paid for the payment item to be settled into

Pay Option: Select if the Payment is a Compulsory or Optional Payment

Fee Bearer: Selects who bears the online payment transaction charge. (Client/Parents or the School)

Status: Set the status to Active

The Click Save.

Once this is done, you can proceed to schedule fee. i.e set payment for the created payment Name. Click Here
