Student Transfer (Outward)

Learners leaving your School

 For the Former School Go to OGSERA MODULE:

Click on Students Transfer and

 Click on Outward Transfer tab

 Information of Learners that had seek admission into another School will be displayed

 Click on the Action button opposite the student information of the Learners'

 Click on Release Student or Decline Student as appropriate Immediately, the Learner is transfer into the New School if approved but remains in the School if declined.

Note: The Ministry can override the School refusal to release a learner that has no pending obligations to the School.
