Set Payment Category

The is where you would be able to set the various payment categories for your school.

For example those on Scholarship, etc

By the Side Menu, Click Bursary

Then Click Setup

Stroll down

Click the Menu Box by Payment Category , then Click Add New

Fill in the detail/description of the Payment Category, then save

Once you have created the Payment Category, you can proceed to adding student to that category

To Add Student to Created Payment Category

Click Set, then Student Registration

Select Programme and Class of the Student,

Click the Menu Box by the Students Name, the Click Edit Pay Category

Select the Payment Category for the Student, then Click Update.

Once this is done, student in the created category would only see the payment you have set for them
