How To Apply For BECE As A Private School SPA

This is how to apply for BECE As a School Portal Administrator in a Private School

Visit https://ogsera.ogunstate.gov.ng/ and Log in to your School on OGSERA

Note: Ensure you don't upload CASS for learners that are not ready for payment

• From the Side Menu click Unified Examinations

• Click BECE

• Click Application

• Click on Create Application

• Click on Import students.

• Click on Download CASS Template, open template and input scores

NOTE: minimum of 9 subjects must be uploaded before a learner is qualified for payment

• Save template and upload using the Upload Result.

• Click Generate BECE Code to generate learners BECE code.

• Click the Checkbox at the front of each learner to select learners to be paid for.

• Click on Make Payment in front of BECE Platform Fee

• Transfer the total payable amount into the wallet account number

Follow the same process to pay for BECE Application Fee.

NOTE: Application Fee and Platform Fee have seprate wallet account number

• Click Confirm Bank Transfer
